Since 1999, governments in five regencies (Banjarnegara, Purbalingga, Banyumas, Cilacap, and Kebumen) have made some changes in national and international investment legislation, 70 percent of which have resulted in liberalization. Establishing one stop service, (KPPI - Investment and Registration Service Office), in each regencies gives a simplest for the welcomed investors who are interested in multi-faceted business at each our regencies. In addition, we compiled some lead investment opportunities at each regency below that have feasibility study. In conclusion, that liberalization is sustained by regulation the regencies along with government always welcome for national and international investors. Some investors who has been invested in multi-faceted business in our regencies are from America (farm) - Banyumas, Korea (artificial hair industry) - Purbalingga, Japan (forestry and Industry) - Banyumas, Korea (Restaurant) - Banyumas, Netherlands (Agribusiness) - Purbalingga, Japan (Agribusiness) - Banyumas, and Swedia (Mining) - Cilacap.
