BARLINGMASCAKEB is acronym of five regencies located in Central Java which they are Banjarnegara, Purbalingga, Banyumas, Cilacap, and Kebumen.

Head of regencies from each regency agreed to establish a cooperated institution of five regencies namely Regional Management BARLINGMASCAKEB.
