BARLINGMASCAKEB is acronym of five regencies located in Central Java which they are Banjarnegara, Purbalingga, Banyumas, Cilacap, and Kebumen. Head of regencies from each regency agreed to establish a cooperated institution of five regencies namely Regional Management BARLINGMASCAKEB. Our office is headquartered in Purwokerto central Java.

Regional Management BARLINGMASCAKEB is established in 2003. We have conducted some activities sustaining regional economy development especially for five regencies and have bridged regional economy development focusing on increasing regional investment, promotional regional lead products, and Tourism Development and Promotion.

   • Unhealthy competition potency between regions
   • Unbalance regional development growth potencies
2. The increasing of regions in understanding regional establishment addressing to good governance to good government.

3. Regional government?s Political will is to carry out cooperation among regions.
   • Five head of districts agreement is to put up cooperation among regions and to create cooperation facility.

1. Coordination and cooperation in development by integrating and conducting development, increasing efficiency, and improving development effective for humanitarian welfare.
2. Coordination and cooperation in managing, promoting, and marketing some potential regional product resources in order to increase capacity and competition in regional, national, and international market.
3. Cooperation in improving human resource quality for increasing productivity and local product quality.
